Freya’s athletic ability and sound movement reinforce our commitment to producing healthier Bulldogs capable of active, engaged lives. Her genetics contribute to improved mobility, endurance, and overall structural balance in her offspring, supporting long-term wellness beyond appearance alone. Freya has completed comprehensive DNA health testing through Embark, and all breeding considerations are made with full genetic transparency and compatibility in mind.
Freya plays a critical role in advancing the Bullgodz mission of responsible, health-focused breeding. She was chosen to remain in our program because she brings back the athletic foundation the English Bulldog was originally known for, without sacrificing temperament or companionship.
Her offspring benefit from her strength, agility, and structural balance, helping shape a future generation of Bulldogs that can move freely, play confidently, and live fuller lives.
Freya is affectionate, intuitive, and deeply bonded to her people, but what truly sets her apart is her athleticism. She is an extremely active English Bulldog with the ability to run, jump, and play for extended periods of time without fatigue. Freya is fast, agile, and coordinated, with strong hips and balanced movement that are uncommon in the modern breed.
Despite her physical capability, she remains a gentle soul at heart, sensitive, affectionate, and happiest when close to those she trusts. Her combination of emotional softness and physical strength makes her a rare and valuable presence in our program.
Freya is the daughter of our foundation female Bailey, the mother of Nyx, and the grandmother of Nemesis, a three-generation lineage that reflects the evolution of the Bullgodz program. She was our first black and white female, marking a pivotal moment in both phenotype and function within our breeding program. Freya was intentionally kept not only for her lineage, but for her exceptional athleticism and structural soundness. Her movement, stamina, and hip quality reflect the old-world athleticism of the original English Bulldog, traits that were once essential to the breed and are now increasingly rare. Freya embodies the balance we strive for: form and function.
While this page highlights current and upcoming litters, Bullgodz puppies are not reserved or purchased directly on this site. All families must apply through Good Dog for consideration. This process helps us maintain responsible placement standards and ensures each puppy is matched thoughtfully and ethically.
