The Wrecking Ball
Around here, Ozzie has earned the nickname “The Wrecking Ball.” At 67 pounds with a huge head, wide chest, powerful frame, and athletic build, the name definitely fits—but underneath all that muscle is one of the biggest lovebugs in the Bullgodz pack.
Ozzie is goofy, cuddly, affectionate, and absolutely convinced that personal space is optional. If you’re in the room, Ozzie wants to be in the room. If you’re sitting down, he’d prefer to be on your lap. And if your face is within reach, there’s a pretty good chance his will be right there with it.
We don’t take that trust lightly.
Ozzie has been an incredible blessing to our family and our breeding program, and bringing his outside champion bloodline into Bullgodz has given us another wonderful line to thoughtfully incorporate into future generations.

Ozzie has so many of the physical qualities we value in our English Bulldogs: a massive head, broad chest, strong bone, powerful body, and an athletic build that allows him to actually move and enjoy being a dog.
He’s also not excessively wrinkled. We appreciate a beautiful Bulldog head and expression, but our goal has never been to exaggerate features simply for appearance. We want Bulldogs with unctional, athletic structure while still maintaining the unmistakable English Bulldog look we love.
Ozzie brings exactly that balance to our program.
Ozzie didn’t come to Bullgodz through the typical search for a new stud.
His breeder passed away, leaving her husband with the difficult responsibility of deciding what was best for the dogs she loved. A fellow breeder recommended Bullgodz to him, and as we got to know one another, he learned what life in our program actually looks like.
Our breeding dogs aren’t kennel dogs.
They’re our dogs first.
They live in our home, pile onto our furniture, follow us from room to room, get loved on every day, and remain part of our family whether they’re actively breeding or not.
Knowing that Ozzie wouldn’t simply become a “breeding dog,” but would be loved and cared for as a family pet, he entrusted us with Ozzie, Rosie, and Izzy.
Ozzie has already proven himself as a sire, producing:

Peaches × Ozzie — 4 puppies
Izzy × Ozzie — 8 puppies
One of the things we’re especially excited to see is Ozzie’s ability to reproduce his own strong
structure. We’ve seen males from his litters develop with many of the same qualities we love
about their dad—including that substantial, powerful Bulldog build.
That consistency is incredibly valuable when we’re planning future pairings.

Ozzie isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
He will continue to be an important stud in the Bullgodz breeding program for years to come as we selectively pair him with females who complement his structure, genetics, and pedigree.
Ozzie is also available for select outside stud services.
But when the breeding plans are finished for the day, he’s right back where he’d rather be anyway—inside the house, following his people around, climbing into someone’s lap, and reminding us exactly why we call him The Wrecking Ball.
